What You'll Do:

• Developand uphold event standards, ensuring the team is well-trainedand events run smoothly.
• Bethe driving force in acquiring new clients and promoting our venues fortheir events.
• Collaboratewith our marketing team to drum up business both in and out of ourestablishments.
• Forgelasting relationships with clients, guaranteeing their event expectations arenot just met, but exceeded.
• Keepthe lines of communication open, ensuring all internal teams are in the loopand prepped for success.
• Overseethe lifecycle of events from conception to execution, including setup andpost-event follow-through.

Who You Are:

• You'veorchestrated events for at least two years, preferably within the hospitalityrealm.
• You'resavvy about food service norms and regulations.
• Expertisein managing budgets and mastering cost control is part of your skill set.
• Navigatingevent planning software and reservation systems is second nature to you.
• Adaptableand a problem-solver, you're ready to tackle any curveball with grace.
